GENERAL FAQ'S

Q1. What are the voltage and ampere specifications for the Orange Pi One?

  • Voltage: 5V

  • Ampere: 0.26A

Q2. What is the recommended antenna AP height?

  •  A recommended antenna AP height is at least within an open area spanning 10-15 meters.

Q3. What is the maximum Mbps supported by the Orange Pi One?

  • Up to 100 mbps

Q4. How can I determine when the system has finished booting up?

  • The completion of the system boot-up process can be identified by observing the green LED, which will turn off. This indicates that you are now able to establish a connection with the pisowifi vending machine.

Q5. What is the estimated electricity consumption of Pisowifi?

  • The expected electricity consumption ranges from P100 to P200 per month.

Q6. Where is the MVK Number located?

  • The MVK Number can be found within the Amber Kit itself, situated at the base of the platform within its respective box.

Q7. What is Global Bandwidth?

  • Global Bandwidth refers to the allocated internet speed provided by the vendo.

  • For instance, if our total internet speed is 100 Mbps, we assign 50 Mbps to the vendo, reserving the remaining 50 Mbps for our personal use. This 50 Mbps is then distributed among users or devices, based on the per-user settings that we establish.

Q8.  What is the Green and Red LEDs used for?

  • The Red LED indicates the power status of the Orange Pi One board. A steady red LED signifies that the board or OPI is receiving power. On the other hand, the Green LED, when steady, indicates that our system is in the process of rebooting. Once it goes off, it signifies that the system has successfully booted up, allowing clients/devices to establish connections.

Q9. OWhat should be done if only one device has inserted coins while other devices have time running?

  • In this scenario, configure the antenna as Access Point.

Q10. How do you log in to the Admin Portal or Admin Dashboard?

  • The Admin Portal/Dashboard serves as the owner's interface, displaying the system's features. These include Sales Output or total earnings of the Vendo Machine per day, month, and year, as well as the ability to adjust timer rates. Furthermore, it allows you to view the devices or phones connected to your Vendo Machine, and even change your admin portal password and other settings.

To log in to the Admin Portal, follow these steps:

  • Connect to the Piso Wifi Vendo Machine.

  • Open Google Chrome and enter "10.0.0.1/admin" in the search bar.

  • Please note that you can only access the Admin Portal when connected to the Vendo Machine.

  • Use the following credentials to log in: Username: admin | Password: NeonDS01312011

  • However, if the SD Card has recently been re-flashed, the default credentials are as follows: Username: admin | Password: 123456789

Q11. What is the Global Bandwidth of Pisowifi Vendo Machine?

  • The minimum Global Bandwidth should atleast 25 Mbps, then that 25 Mbps will be shared per user.

  • For Example: 2 mbps is what we have set per user for the Upload and Download. And it will be divided. Let's say, 24/2=12. That means, our Piso Wifi Vendo Machine can accommodate and connect up to 12 Clients or Devices.

Q12. For the VLAN Setup, is it possible to configure different SSIDs (WiFi names) if I have three Access Points?

  • The three access points can have the same and different SSID, as long as the IP addresses are different to each other. The only disadvantage here is that if the SSID is the same, then one access point  malfunctions or does not work, it will be difficult to find which access point it is

Q13. What should I do when I've inserted my SD card, but the light at the Ethernet port remains in a steady mode?

  • Check if there is a light on a green indicator at the board. If there's none, try to re-flash the sd card. And after confirming that there's a light, check the very chip of the orange pi one if it's hot.

Q14. For the Custom Wire, what is the purpose of USC - SET?

  • If the wire of the USC-SET is disconnected to coinslot, the moment you insert a coin, albeit without clicking the "Insert Coin" button  in the portal, the coin will proceed but would not work. "Kakainin yung barya" in layman's term.

  • In contrast, if the USC-SET is connected to coinslot, albeit without clicking the "Insert Coin" button in the portal, and you inserted a coin, it will proceed without any trouble.

Q15. Can I buy a license key even without a Vendo Machine?

  • Yes, of course.

Q16. What is the indication of Sub Vendo using Custom Wire V2?

  • D0 - Orange

  • D1 - White

  • D5 -Yellow
